I loved these. 1998ish, Adidas were still sticking with their ill-fated 'Feet you wear' technology. What makes these so awesome was their absolute overdose of gimmicks, the most I've ever come across: Feet you Wear, Torsion bar, TRX outsole, AdiPRENE cushioning and all kinds on mesh/waterproof one piece builds. No idea what sporting activity these were associated with though.
